The Withthegrid Way is our “how”: it’s about the people who make that vision real. It’s how we think, act, and collaborate to turn that mission into reality, day after day.
We aim to build not only technology, but also trust in our systems, in our partnerships, and in each other. This manifesto is our shared understanding of what great work looks like at Withthegrid.
Our collective belief
At Withthegrid we act according to five main guidelines to realize a resilient, independent, and renewable energy system for Europe.
How we choose to work
These 5 guidelines are what we look for, practice, and help each other uphold to keep us focused, energized and effective while taking a humble position in the energy ecosystem.

- Our work is never finished, we always keep improving. By deliberately seeking ways to improve, we make our teams’ lives easier and our solutions more performant.
- We seek out and value different perspectives. We communicate clearly and directly to refine our thinking and actions.
- We take full ownership of our commitments. We deeply understand our customer’s challenges, defining clear goals and delivering reliable results that align with our promises.
- We prioritize impact, not noise. We aim to be thoughtful, not the loudest.
Our promise to each other
We use these guidelines as a compass, not a checklist.
In code reviews, team discussions, and customer calls, they guide our questions: Is this the best solution? What can we improve for the long run? Did I value all perspectives equally? Did I take ownership?
The road ahead
As a growing team, we are still learning. Each new market, regulation, and technology brings new questions. Our determination, curiosity, and discipline will define our success.
