Withthegrid is a Dutch company that exists to create reliable and secure technology that empowers users to monitor and control their infrastructure and energy assets in real-time. By doing this, we improve the energy infrastructure efficiency and asset flexibility, in order to achieve a more sustainable and widespread renewable energy system.

To achieve this mission, we recognize that we have to meet or exceed the expectations of customers and other stakeholders. We do so by promoting and fostering our company values:

In order to optimise the processes and management systems of customers, the processes of Withthegrid must also be properly safeguarded and optimised. To achieve this, Withthegrid has set up and implemented a management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO27001:2022. The scope of the management system is to provide industrial IoT and SCADA hardware and an online software environment for infrastructural asset monitoring, controlling & alerting services. his scope includes all relevant organizational units, locations, and information assets involved in delivering these products and services while addressing the external and internal context, interested parties’ requirements, and compliance obligations.

Optimising processes requires a strong collaboration between the employees within our company. Sharing knowledge and experiences from projects ensures that employees develop themselves daily through new knowledge. Every employee has an important role in the overall quality of the organisation. Good requirement-, delivery- and operational management is crucial in this. 

Next to employee development, a combination of risk assessments, internal project evaluations, customer satisfaction analyses and internal audits contributes to the identification of possible improvements within the processes of our organisation.
